Hibiscus tea is a herbal tea made as an infusion from crimson or deep magenta-colored calyces of the roselle flower. It is consumed both hot and cold. It has a tart, cranberry-like flavor, and sugar or honey is often added to sweeten it. Agua de Jamaica is our favorite way to celebrate a hot summer day. Steep 3 minutes
